This 'Thank You' note comes really late and we apologise for waiting so long to thank you for making our “A Night of Risk and Return” Cocktail Reception on Sunday, 8 November 2009 at Raffles Hotel, East Asia Room a memorable and successful one.
As you are fully aware of our concern that several cocktail events were held on the same evening, by friends in the industry, did worry us for no-show of attendance at our reception. The team work put in by Casino Royale and your personal self with our main event organizer Music Network Production did make the evening a huge success with attendance surpasses the expected numbers and most stayed till the end of the event.
The professional game Dealers provided by Casino Royale did make the games interesting and portrayed the theme of “A Night of Risk and Return”. Our guests had much fun at the gaming tables.
We are particular happy with your personal dedication and professional services. You kept your meetings on time and delivered all items as discussed. We were also impressed and applause your personal initiative to arrange your photographer for the evening who took many interesting and well taken professional pictures. Our colleagues also appreciate your personal friendliness and support too.
Some of our guests did take your card and we have no hesitation to introduce you and Casino Royale to our friends in the industry. You may like to know that the evening left a good impression to those attended. We received many “thumbs-up” and compliments from the guests. Those who missed the event also gave feedback of the compliments they heard.
We do look forward to the next opportunity of working with you and Casino Royale again.

Turnout for the event exceeded our expectations and it was one of the largest we've had this year. We received many positive feedback from our guests who enjoyed themselves tremendously at the table games. We're also pleased that despite the large crowd, the event went smoothly and professionally. So our sincere thanks & appreciation to you & your team for having done such a splendid job at our trade party at Zirca last Thursday.On a personal note, I'd also like to express my warm gratitude for your help in accommodating our many requests leading up to the event and your patience in clarifying our doubts. It has been a wonderful experience working with you and i would be very happy to recommend you to our other SPH colleagues should they be keen to hold a casino-themed party. I engaged the services of Estelle upon getting a recommendation from my hotel vendor. From the start of the discussion/ planning process, Estelle has shared with me some good tips and instilled the confidence that she will be able to deliver and manage my casino event. She is flexible and is good in sharing ideas. On the actual night of the event, her team of croupiers handled the event with sense of professionalism which helped make my event a success. All my clients had a good time thanks to Estelle’s work.
