Is there any gaming licensing needed?
As an events company, there is no licensing required.
However, there are certain guidelines in which we have to follow strictly:
1) No real money is involved in the stakes or the outcome of the gaming activity and no direct cash money as prizes.
2) All tables cannot be display in a public place.

What are the durations for engaging TCR for an event?
Every event is different. For any pre-dinner event, the minimum is an hour. For corporate parties,
it can last for 3 hours or more. Just buzz us and let us know your requirements.

What are the casino tables we have and what are the sizes?
Our tables are authentic casino tables which you see in a real casino. They are extremely professional looking, sturdy and very impressive. We hold Baccarats, Blackjacks, Caribbean Stud Poker, Texas Hold’Em Poker, Roulette, Casino War and Tai Sai (also known as Sic Bo) The Baccarat, Texas Hold’Em and Tai Sai tables are about 9 ft by 5ft and the rest of the tables are about 8ft by 5ft.

Do the croupiers provide instructions if the guests do not understand the rules of the games?
Yes, all TCR dealers are very personable and extremely patient. We understand that not all guests know how to play casino games but many of them have keen interest to find out and understand them. Our dealers will be there to explain if there are any queries. Also, if you confirm a booking with us with at least 3 tables and you want to make sure all your staff/employees/clients/colleagues know and understand on how to play the casino games, just give Estelle a call and she is more than willing to go down to your office to have a pre-event teaching lesson. – subjected to 4 days advance notice, minimum of 20 people and above.

Fun Money, can I personalize them?
TCR have our generic cash money in high denominations which we give out to guests during the event. However if clients wants to personalize the cash money with their company logo, it can be done but there will be printing fees involved depending on the quantity and paper material required.
